4.1 Kit für bonding unit type LKE 300 / 300 V
Kit for bonding unit for installation into test stations, test systems, etc. Standard version with 3-8 bonding modules (special versions with up to 32 modules). Suitable for single lines with tinned ends, wire-end sleeves, flat-blade connections. Special versions are also available for not bared line ends.
The bonding unit is equipped with bonding modules of the LKV-12 model series in a grid size of 15 mm. The individual components are connected using a terminal strip or a SUB-D socket connector. A compressed air connection, NW 3 mm completes the unit. The kit contains all the individual parts required to manufacture a complete bonding unit ready for connection.
The LKE 300 V version also includes a 3-way magnetic valve 24V=. This allows opening simultaneously all bonding modules using the “Test finished-sample Ok” test signal.
4.2 Kit for bonding unit type LKE 300 T / 300 VT
The bonding unit is equipped with bonding modules of the LKV-12 model series in a grid size of 15 mm. The individual components are connected using a terminal strip or a SUB-D socket connector. A compressed air connection, NW 3 mm completes the unit. The kit contains all the individual parts required to manufacture a complete bonding unit ready for connection.
The LKE 300 T version is equipped with a pneumatic central opening button. This allows opening manually all bonding modules at the same time when the test process has been finished.
The LKE 300 VT version includes magnetic valve and central open button. The signal „Test finished-sample Ok“ interrupts the magnetic valve supply (24V=) and opens all bonding elements. The test sample can be removed. In case of an error message, the modules remain closed and the bonding can only be opened using the central opening button.

Important!
The module rating depends on the bonding surface, resp. the contact resistance between clamping piston and line. Experience shows that a load of 380V/16A is possible with the corresponding
contact surface. Therefore, a needle bonding can only be submitted to a very low load and is generally only suitable for continuity tests.
Caution!
Bonding modules and units have to be used according to the intended purpose and to our specifications. Their commissioning is prohibited until it was found that the complete system meets all
relevant safety regulations.
4.4 Kit for conduction unit type LKE300VT-KM32-GH3 Multiple test unit with 16 bonding pairs
Multiple test unit in a polycarbonate case with the dimensions 255 x 180 x 50 mm, (cover plate 295 x 220 x 3 mm) with 32 bonding modules of the LKV-D4-F/WK type.
Arranged in two rows of 16 modules each for multiple testing of electronic modules.
It also integrates a magnetic valve opening all bonding modules in case of the „test finished“ test signal. Defective modules have been previously removed by opening with the module
individual buttons.
