5.1 Kit for bonding unit type LKE 400 / 400V / 400T / 400VT
Kit for bonding unit for installation into test stations, test systems, etc. A version with 4 to 14 bonding points is possible. Special version for single line bonding, especially if smaller grid
sizes are requested. Suitable for single lines with tinned ends, wire end sleeves, flat-blade connections, etc. Special version also for not bared line ends.
The bonding unit is equipped with bonding modules of theLKV-12 model series, especially with the LKV-12/VA case design. The grid size (bonding outlet diameter) depends on the case design of the bonding modules and is determined after having defined the module versions. The individual components are connected using a terminal strip or a SUB-D socket connector. A compressed air connection, NW 3 mm completes the unit. The kit contains all the individual parts required to manufacture a complete bonding unit ready for connection.

Then specify the number and version of the bonding modules. You have the possibility to arrange all available modules of theLKV-12 model series according to your needs. The LKV-12/VA special case is used for more than 8 bonding points. This allows lower grid sizes, but only bonding outlets up to max. 4 mm.

Important!
The module rating depends on the bonding surface, resp. the contact resistance between clamping piston and line. Experience shows that a load of 380V/16A is possible with the corresponding contact surface. Therefore, a needle bonding can only be submitted to a very low load and is generally only suitable for continuity tests.
Caution!
Bonding modules and units have to be used according to the intended purpose and to our specifications. Their commissioning is prohibited until it was found that the complete system meets all relevant safety regulations.
